KIRK P. RADFORD

President and Owner

Kirk has held senior leadership positions in the IT services and health care industries. He has dealt successfully with the challenges of today's workplace by working with companies to develop HR and employee-relations initiatives that offer a set of distinguishing characteristics in a highly competitive market place. Areas of particular interest include union avoidance, leadership training and development, and HR strategy.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He serves on the Board of Trustees for YFC – Detroit, an inner-city non-profit.
